Let's Go Fishing!

For the seasoned angler with the dream of "hooking-up" to a big one. Or, how about a great fishing and scenic combo adventure for family and friends. And always a chance of seeing those ultra-popular porpoises, along the way. Then, "let's go fishing!"

Join Captain Jim, a native Hawaiian and USCG licensed captain, on the 44' luxury charter boat Patty S. From her spacious open bridge to the air-conditioning of her salon, Patty S welcomes her visitors with friendliness and comfort and carries a full complement of safety and electronic equipment.

Captain Jim and his crew cannot guarantee any "fish", but, promise to make every effort to "hook-up." They wiill guarantee, however, a great scenic trip on the bluest ocean you will ever see and some of the prettiest coastlines few ever get to see.

We provide all fishing equipment, fresh drinking water and a "prayer for fish". You bring snacks, beverages (soft drinks, beer, wine) and "the luck".

Located at one of the most beautiful resort areas in Hawaii, Ko Olina Resort and Marina is just a 30-minute drive from Waikiki, Honolulu or the North Shore. From our homeport at the marina, we are only minutes away from the ocean world of marlin, mahimahi, ahi (yellowfin tuna), aku (skipjack tuna) and ono (wahoo).

Hawaii Fishing features two tours: (1) a 5-hour half-day trip of over 35 miles of trolling the length of the coastlines of Ko Olina and Waianae, up to a distance of five miles from shore and, (2) our personal favorite, a 120 mile overnight fishing trip to the "friendly" island of Molokai, featuring the Penguin Banks, one of Hawaii's best fishing waters in the state.

Departing at 7:00am from Ko Olina, we troll up the southeastern coast of Oahu, past Waikiki and Diamond Head, then across the Molokai channel and through the Penguin Banks. Anchoring at the Hawaiian town and harbor of Kaunakakai, Molokai, in the late afternoon, it's a short walk into town to browse. It's a real "local" experience. Then back to the boat for evening cocktails.

As evening darkens, a star-filled universe opens overhead as the"catch of the day" becomes the main entree for your all-included candlelight dinner. Comfortable sleeping accommodations aboard for five to six persons. After breakfast the next morning, it's home to Ko Olina - with the wind at our backs and lines in the water. Picture CD's included.

This is really a great trip!
